Presented is an explosives sensor using molded channel circuit (MCC) electrodes. The sensor consists of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate with a pair of electrodes fashioned from silver paste. The electrodes are coated with grapheme to create a resistive sensor. Tests utilizing Dinitrotoulene 2,4 (DNT) showed the validity of the combination of graphene resistive layer and MCC electrodes as an explosive sensor.
