This paper introduces the TD-LTE system model, including structure, states and functions of NAS of TD-LTE terminal, as well as implementation of NAS, and mainly presents the principle and design of the NAS state machine and puts forward a design of high real-time and high concurrence under the requirement of all functions by the agreement.
